Krasa Clinic is a premium skin and aesthetic clinic based in Mayfair, Central London. We provide advanced skin treatments and are looking to build a long-term relationship with an experienced Meta Ads specialist who can consistently attract high-quality patients.
We are looking for someone who is confident in generating measurable results and enjoys working within a performance-based partnership.
About the Role
This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Meta Ads professional who can independently plan, launch and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on generating new patients for our clinic.
Success in this role is measured by genuine client appointments that attend the clinic, rather than lead volume alone.
Responsibilities
* Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
* Create and test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies.
* Optimise campaigns to improve cost per acquisition and appointment attendance.
* Develop or manage automated lead nurturing where appropriate (email, SMS or WhatsApp).
* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
* Work collaboratively with our clinic team to improve campaign results over time.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
* Strong understanding of conversion-focused advertising.
* Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation is highly desirable.
* Experience within aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, healthcare or other appointment-based businesses is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage campaigns from strategy through optimisation.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
