Key Responsibilities
- Manage boiler and heating installation projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate engineers, schedules, materials, and customer appointments
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Monitor project timelines, job progress, and service performance
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Support team training, technical guidance, and workflow improvements
- Prepare job reports, cost updates, and installation documentation
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in heating services, boiler installation, plumbing, gas engineering, or property maintenance
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience managing installation schedules, engineers, and customer service requirements is an advantage
