Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Duties
- Packing & Filling: Safely filling containers and packaging goods, including using machinery to seal products.
- Quality Inspection: Checking products for damages, breakages or faults before packing.
- Labelling & Documentation: Weighing packages, applying labels and completing shipping documents.
- Machine Operation: Loading machines and performing basic adjustments or reporting maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean, safe workspace, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following health and safety protocols
Experience
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Experience working with assembly lines or in a factory environment will be considered a plus.
- ·Attention to Detail: High accuracy in checking, labelling and packing to avoid errors.
- Physical fitness is important, as the role involves standing for extended periods and manual handling of materials.
- Speed & Efficiency: Capable of working at pace to meet strict production/packing targets.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
