Overview:
This is a part-time permanent position. The idea candidate will provide the highest service levels to all of our guests, maintaining our Four Red Star standard. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Breakfast, you will need to work effectively at all times, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional customer service . Your ‘can do’ attitude, which you will use with guests and with your team members, will be one of your biggest strengths.
Breakfast Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- To provide the highest quality of breakfast service in the Oak Room Restaurant.
- To assist the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters set up the breakfast service according to the hotel standard in order to at all times exceed guest expectations and offer a personal and discreet service at breakfast.
- To assist with the management and operation of the Restaurant responding quickly and effectively to guest expectations and consumer trends.
- To oversee junior restaurant staff, ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge.
- To be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Elite group in all your business relationships at all times setting the highest standards of leadership, integrity and commitment.
