Summary
Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant or Cook at The Mirage in GB. In this role, you will support our culinary operations by preparing food, ensuring food safety standards, and assisting in meal preparation to deliver excellent service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure smooth service
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food and service
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Flexibility to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service is a plus
