The Role
As our Salon Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire the salon team by setting the highest professional standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive working environment.
- Drive team performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Work closely with the current owner, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of business management, including financial planning, operations, leadership, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a future leadership and ownership role.
