Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Prepare and replenish fresh fruit, garnishes, syrups, and other ingredients throughout the day.
- Ensure all bar equipment, utensils, and workstations are cleaned and sanitised before, during, and after service.
- Wash and store glassware, utensils, and bar equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies require replenishment.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and accurate rotation of products (FIFO).
- Ensure ingredients are stored correctly and all products are within their use-by dates.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the bar for the next shift.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a bar environment is essential.
- Fluent English
- Confident preparing beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised during busy service periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
