We are looking for a brand new team members to bring the centre to life.
The Role
Instructors are the most important part of our team. As an instructor, you will deliver exceptional tuition to our students using the Mathnasium Method, and help develop a thriving learning environment.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who love teaching children. Our instructors are enthusiastic, bright, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We love maths and want our instructors to share this passion.
Mathnasium offers continued training, and we do offer opportunity for growth within the team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Mathnasium curriculum with enthusiasm
- Ensure that students are motivated and progressing towards mastery of the curriculum they have been set
- Be a part of the team, eventually coaching and training new colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally communicating with parents detailing a child's progress
- Work closely with your line manager to ensure a smooth running centre
