Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure comfort and convenience for guests
- Inspect properties for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to guarantee consistency and quality across all properties
- Manage time efficiently to prepare multiple listings within scheduled turnaround times
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for yourself and future guests

- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple properties efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Clear communication skills for reporting issues or completing checklists accurately
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus but not required—training will be provided
