About Amore Renewables
Amore Renewables Ltd is a residential solar energy company dedicated to making clean, reliable power accessible to homeowners across the UK. Our field teams deliver end-to-end solar installations, and our office function is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly — from compliance paperwork through to logistics and project administration.
We are growing, and we are looking for a capable, organised individual to join our team in Manchester and help us scale without missing a beat.
The Role
As Operations Coordinator you will be the administrative backbone supporting our field installation teams. You will manage the compliance and preparatory paperwork that sits behind every solar installation, co-ordinate logistics, and ensure that each project is properly administered from initial sign-off through to completion on site.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role. Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Managing Director and field teams, keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Key Responsibilities
– Managing compliance documentation and pre-installation administrative requirements for residential solar projects
– Co-ordinating logistics to support field installation teams — scheduling, materials, access arrangements, and on-site readiness
– Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records across all active installations
– Acting as a central point of contact between the office, field teams, and customers where administrative matters arise
– Preparing and issuing project packs, certificates, and post-installation documentation
– Supporting the Senior Operations Co-Ordinator with operational administration and reporting as required
– Identifying and flagging any issues that may affect project delivery timelines
What We Are Looking For
You do not need a background in solar energy or construction — we will provide full training on our processes and systems. What we do need is someone who brings the following:
– Solid organisational skills and a methodical approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities
– Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) — you do not need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable using these tools day to day
– A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in getting things right first time
– Clear, professional written and verbal communication
– The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
– Attention to detail — especially when dealing with compliance and regulatory paperwork
Prior experience in an administrative, co-ordinator, or operations support role would be an advantage, as would any familiarity with the construction, renewables, or property services sectors.
What We Offer
– A key role in a growing renewable energy business at an exciting point in the company's development
– A supportive team environment with direct access to senior leadership
– Full training and onboarding on our systems and processes
– Modern office space near Manchester Airport, with good transport links
– Salary of £30,000 per annum

To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note explaining why this role appeals to you and what you would bring to the team.
