Job Summary
We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a fantastic team based in Hull, working on a permanent basis.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Finance Administrator
Join a well-established business as a Finance Administrator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily financial operations. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage and process company expenses
- Support with the month-end process
What We're Looking For:
- A strong financial admin background and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in purchase ledger, accounts administration or transactional finance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage etc.
