What will you be doing?

Managing the safe public operation of BEAM, delivering our broad programme of films and live entertainment.

Motivating and leading the Welcome Team in the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Ensuring the smooth running of operations throughout the venue, and taking responsibility for the health, safety & wellbeing of all visitors and staff.

Ensuring the safe evacuation of the entire building (members of the public and staff) in the event of an emergency; liaison with emergency services.
About you
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
-
Good numeracy and literacy skills, including GCSE passes at grade A-C (or equivalent qualification) in English and Maths and/or equivalent experience.

Experience of working in a supervisory or management role in a busy, public-facing hospitality, retail or arts and culture environment.
-
Experience of food and beverage preparation and service.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
