The Food & Beverage team plays a central role in shaping the Carnegie Club experience, delivering personalised, five-star service across a variety of venues throughout the estate. From the historic castle and contemporary golf clubhouse to unique estate locations, every setting offers an exceptional dining experience.
Our team is responsible for delivering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, as well as dinner service for our in-house members, ensuring every experience is delivered with consistency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. While maintaining the highest standards, we encourage our team members to let their personalities shine and build meaningful connections with our members and guests.
We are equally committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance. Alongside avoiding split shifts, we offer the flexibility to bank hours worked beyond contractual commitments, giving our team greater control over their time while recognising the value of their contribution.
