The Role
We are looking for a confident, polished, and friendly Front of House professional to be the face of Iris Avenue. This role goes beyond reception you will play a key part in client satisfaction, rebooking, and the smooth running of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every client
- Manage bookings and optimise the diary using salon software
- Handle calls, enquiries, and client feedback with confidence and care
- Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and rebooking
- Process payments accurately and maintain immaculate front-of-house standards
- Support the team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Encourage reviews, future bookings, and retail where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, beauty, clinics, or luxury retail preferred
- Organised, calm, and proactive
- A commercial mindset you understand that great service drives growth
- Pride in presentation and attention to detail
