What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
- Leading, motivating and developing team members
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas
- Helping to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Assisting with training, stock management and opening/closing procedures
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A team player who leads by example
