Civils Groundworkers
Location will be Site based in different site locations across the country
Are you ready to build your career with a supportive, hands-on civils team? We’re looking for Civils Groundworkers of all experience levels to join us, develop their skills, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.
What you'll be doing
- Work as part of a team, delivering all aspects of groundworks
- Installation of platforms
- Able to use a laser level, and read drawings (not essential but would be a benefit)
- Steel fixing and shuttering (not essential but would be a benefit)
- Drainage installation
- Concreting skills
- Polite manor and good communication skills
- Conduct self in a way that reflect and promotes the Van Elle company values
- Understand and act in accordance with Van Elle’s policies and procedures.
- Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in civils groundworks
- Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card
- CPCS excavator 10t and above or Npors with CSCS logo
- CPCS FWD tipping dumper or Npors with CSCS logo
- CPCS roller or Npors with CSCS logo
- First aid
- Temporary work Supervisor
- Lift supervisor
- Strong work ethic and Punctuality
- Able to Work Nationwide
- SSSTS/SMSTS (Not essential but would be a benefit)
Other Requirements:
- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK.
- A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)
