Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Xero for various administrative tasks
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a strong understanding of office procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and Xero is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage information accurately
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
