In depth client consultation
Cutting and styling
Expert colour services
Client relationship management
Product knowledge and home haircare recomendations
Trend and fashion awareness
Requirements
- Proven experience in hairdressing with strong technical skills In hair cutting, styling and colouring services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing individual client needs independently.
- Experience in front desk operations
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of service.
- A professional attitude with a passion for creativity and continuous learning.
- NVQ level 2 minimum
Pay: £14.00-£24.00 per hour
