About the Role
We are currently recruiting passionate and committed Qualified Teachers to work in a range of high-performing and supportive schools across Tyne and Wear. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons in line with the UK curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress using a range of formative and summative strategies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and whole-school initiatives
Requirements
- Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Proven experience teaching within UK schools
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable
- Experience teaching across different key stages
- A track record of strong student outcomes
- Experience supporting students with additional needs (SEND)
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities
