Regional Manager & Branch Supervisor
Your duties will be primarily warehouse-based. However, due to the nature of the role and the size of the branch team, you will be expected to support other branch activities when required.
Duties will include:

Carrying out warehouse duties, including picking, packing and preparing customer orders.

Supporting the administration function when required.
-
Performing general branch duties, including warehouse operations and associated paperwork.

Safely and efficiently operating a Company delivery vehicle to transport goods from the warehouse to designated customer locations, including manual lifting and handling.

Assisting with the loading and unloading of products using pallet jacks, forklifts or manual handling techniques, where appropriately trained.

Following assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Checking and verifying the accuracy of orders before loading and upon delivery.

Providing professional, courteous and friendly customer service during deliveries and other customer interactions.

Completing all necessary delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.

Developing a good knowledge and understanding of Company products. Appropriate on-the-job training will be provided.

Working additional hours where reasonably required to support the operational needs of the branch, subject to applicable working time requirements.

Ensuring all Company Health & Safety procedures and instructions are followed at all times.

Carrying out any other reasonable duties relevant to the role and the ongoing needs of the branch.
We have a small warehouse team, and it is therefore essential that all members of the team are prepared to support and assist each other when required.
A flexible attitude towards the duties and responsibilities of the role is essential. Providing reasonable cover for other members of the team will be a requirement of this position.
Due to the size of the branch team, annual leave must be carefully coordinated with other team members. Normally, only one member of the team may be on annual leave at any one time, except during fixed Company shutdown periods.
