Hawes & Co are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our Raynes Park estate agency branch on a full time permanent basis.

- Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

In the role of an administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Sales Department
- Provide administrative support to the Company Directors
- Prepare sales brochures
- Ensure compliance is kept up to date for each property and keeping a record of any outstanding property information.
- Compile reports and complete data entry/data gathering tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
