We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant Hours Approximately 10 hours per week.Working Pattern After Training four days working from home 1 day working in the office (Wednesday, 2–3 hours)This role offers flexible part-time hours, with the majority of work completed from home.
This job you will be required st time each week.
Monday and Wednesday (10 - 1)
Tuesday,Thursday and Friday ( 10-11)
Training Successful applicants will complete a 3-week training programme. Training must be completed successfully in order to secure the role.

Duties Include
Checking wages and preparing payroll information Producing timesheets Maintaining a daily site log of work completed by operatives Preparing and organising CIS paperwork Filing receipts, invoices, and costings Recording expenses General administration and data entry Preparing documents for the accountant Requirements Good organisational skills Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets Ability to work independently Reliable internet connection for home working Experience in administration, payroll, bookkeeping, or construction administration is desirable but not essential Employment Status
This position is offered on a self-employed basis.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
