Early Years Teachers- – Full-time and Part Time roles available – Superb Montessori School in Nailsea
Secret Garden Montessori School of Nailsea is now in its 10th year and continues to be extremely popular with the families in the area. We focus on the child as an independent learner and are Montessori led, with a love of getting the children into nature, we also offer the children forest school sessions throughout the year.
The position that is available is working within our nursery with the children aged 0 months – 2 years of age. Our nursery is split into two areas and age groups. The baby rooms (upstairs) for up to nine children under the age of two, split across four rooms. The downstairs classrooms for up to 32 children aged 2 – 5 years of age, split across the four classrooms plus our garden area on the ground floor.
We are looking for someone who a qualified early years practitioner looking to make a change, or someone who is thinking about starting an apprenticeship in childcare and wants to make the first step! Having experience of the EYFS and interested in the Montessori philosophy or alternatively someone who already holds a Montessori Diploma or higher qualification. We will also happily offer and support you with the opportunity to obtain a Qualification in childcare, a Montessori qualification and/or Forest School if not already gained.
There is a part-time position of between 20 and 30 hour a week or full time 40 hours per week, so we would welcome a discussion regarding hours. We offer up to 30 days holiday a year including bank holidays and nursery closures.

Pay will be dependent on experience so hourly rate would be £12.71 - £13.50
