Carew Dental is a fully private practice near Newcastle. Our patients travel from London and across the UK because they trust us to get it right. We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join us on a part-time weekend basis, starting late August. The hours are fixed and work on alternate weekends, Saturdays 8:30 to 17:30 and Sundays 8:30 to 14:30, so they sit neatly around a weekday job, studies or family life.
We are looking for someone who is naturally warm with people, pays attention, and takes genuine pride in the detail. Someone who understands that in a practice like ours, the patient experience begins the moment the phone rings. Experience in dentistry is not required. A standard is.
In practice you will be managing appointment diaries, welcoming patients, handling enquiries by phone and in person, processing payments, and supporting the team with the administrative tasks that keep a busy practice running smoothly. You will be trained thoroughly and supported closely.
