- Organising appointments, meetings, and court dates using Microsoft Outlook
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports via Microsoft PowerPoint
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations
- Managing time effectively to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
