Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Assist with retail sales and inventory management
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness of the salon.
Hours: 21.5 hours per week with the possibility of adding more permanent hours as clientele grows.
Pay: 12.71 per hour +Tiered commission
Qualifications:
-Minimum NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing
- Minimum 4 years experiance on the salon floor running a column.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
