Restaurant All-Rounder / Waiter / Server – Desi Pub & Indian Restaurant

Schedule: Weekdays, evenings and weekends required
We are looking for a confident, sharp and attentive Waiter / Server to join our team at a busy Desi pub and Indian restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, such as an Indian restaurant, pub, bar, hospitality venue or busy food service business. This is an all-rounder role, so we need someone who is flexible, reliable and happy to help across different areas of the business.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Clear tables and keep the restaurant/bar area clean and tidy
- Help with takeaway orders, bookings and general customer enquiries
- Support the bar, restaurant and kitchen team where needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Work well under pressure during busy periods
Requirements
The successful candidate must:
- Have previous waiter/server or hospitality experience
- Be confident speaking and understanding good English
- Be sharp, attentive and well-presented
- Have good communication skills
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced desi pub / Indian restaurant environment
- Be a team player and willing to help wherever needed
Experience in an Indian restaurant, pub, bar or similar hospitality venue would be preferred.
