Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent overconsumption.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences, must be a team player and able to work alone also.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is required.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and inventory purposes
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach
- Familiarity with serving techniques.
