Job Purpose:
- To offer inspirational strategic and operational leadership in the College
- To support the Principal with ensuring the highest reputation of the College
- To lead on matters to do with the College curriculum
- To lead and inspire staff; and line manage those mentioned above
- Through exceptional leadership to bring together the curriculum, quality assurance, quality performance and teacher training in the college
- To deputise for the Principal as requested in and outside of term time; advise the governors, and represent the College at official functions and with parents
As Vice Principal (Curriculum and Quality) you will lead the College’s strategies and performance in relation to the curriculum. Through leadership of our Curriculum Directors you will bring together the curriculum, quality assurance, quality performance and teacher training at the College.
