We are seeking an enthusiastic sales advisor to work in Slate Shoes, our leading independent shoe shop in Broadway, Worcestershire.
As part of the Slate Clothing group, Slate Shoes is a destination store for women's footwear.
We are looking for a dynamic new team member to work 3 or 4 days per week. Days worked can be flexible but weekend work is required.
Opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 9.30 - 5.30
Sunday: 10.30 - 4.30
We pay our employees 8.5 hours per day allowing set up time and clearing up time. Employees are also paid the same amount for Sundays despite the shorter trading day.
The role is suited to someone able and willing to work in the store alone (following all necessary training). The successful applicant will relish selling shoes and be able to make and maintain the strong relationships we have with our existing customers as well as the many visitors to Broadway. Our team are passionate about our products, love helping our customers find the perfect wardrobe pieces, and find joy in their work with our team.
