Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance overall appearance
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and providing constructive feedback to foster skill development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas in compliance with health standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniques
- Skilled in barbering techniques with the ability to perform precise cuts for all hair types
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles is a plus for leadership opportunities
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty enhancement services is highly desirable
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
