As the Pre-Construction Lead, you will be responsible for providing support to the client during the pre-construction phase of selected projects.
Job Description
Responsible for providing early project engagement and to provide the client with initial support during the pre-construction phase of selected projects
Responsible for the production of all necessary project related pre-construction documentation on selected projects in accordance with the client's requirements
Responsible for the carrying out a technical review in conjunction with the Design and Technical Manager during the pre-construction phase of selected projects in order to advise the client of any departures from the design standard and any potential certification issues
Carry out pre-procurement with suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary
Attend pre-construction meetings as necessary
Required Experience and Skills
Post-secondary education, HNC, ONC, BTEC or ‘A' Level
Good technical knowledge of fire suppression and fire protection systems
3-5 years' experience within the construction industry in a design or project management role, preferably within the sprinkler industry
Excellent inter-personal skills
Numerate, analytical / problem solving, attention to detail, good planner, well organised and resourceful
