We're looking for an experienced Studio Manager to become the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the owner, taking ownership of the studio while helping shape the future growth of an independent, luxury skin clinic.
This is far more than a management role. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, passionate about people, and thrives on creating exceptional client experiences while driving business performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the studio.
- Support and inspire a high-performing team.
- Oversee front of house and client experience.
- Manage Profit & Loss reporting and business performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive treatment, retail and membership sales.
- Maximise appointment bookings and treatment room occupancy.
- Manage stock control, stock takes and supplier ordering.
- Prepare reports and work closely with the owner on business strategy.
- Deliver team training, coaching and development.
- Ensure exceptional standards throughout the clinic.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage online booking systems and diary optimisation.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has management experience within aesthetics, beauty, wellness or luxury hospitality.
- Understands commercial performance and P&L.
- Is confident managing KPIs and driving revenue.
- Leads by example.

Essential criteria:
- Must at the very least have an interest and basic knowledge about beauty/skincare
- Must have a experience in a similar position
- Must be available to start within the next 2 weeks
Desired criteria:
- Previous experience using some online booking system.
- The flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
This role pays £18-22 per hour depending on experience. There is also 10% commission on products sold to walk in clients and discount on products and facial/massage treatments for staff members.
Application deadline is August 20th . Interviews will be conducted immediately and to start as soon as possible. Training will be provided where necessary and the existing Front of House Manager is available till 31st July. This position will have a three month probation period to make sure it is a good fit and everyone is happy.
