Shell Lightfoots, part of the Nike Group of Companies, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team.
This is a part-time role in a busy forecourt environment where no two shifts are the same.
Alongside fuel sales, our Budgens store offers a wide range of groceries and freshly baked goods, creating a fast paced and varied customer facing role. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across the store. We are open 7 days a week 7am to 12pm.
What you’ll be doing...
- Providing excellent customer service to customers purchasing fuel and groceries
- Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
- Stock checks
- Chilled food ordering
- Date checks and range reviews
- Supporting the day to day running of the store
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well organised
- Delivering a friendly and welcoming experience for customers
What we’re looking for...
- Previous customer service or retail experience would be an advantage
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
- Reliable and able to work independently
- A positive, can do attitude
- Pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented working environment

Working hours...
- 20 hours per week -
- Shifts Sunday to Thursday
