Maintenance Operative
We are looking for an experienced, self motivated person to perform the role of General Maintenance Person at our Norfolk Lakes , Norfolk Centre with the minimum amount of supervision. This will involve carrying out general building/maintenance tasks to the highest possible standard that have to be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
You will be responsible for:-
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Centre grounds up keeping.
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager in the up keeping of Health and Safety for the guests and employees around the site.
- Checking for any new reports that may have the need to be urgently fixed.
What experience do you need?
Ideally we are looking for someone who is a good all-rounder for all aspects of Maintenance. Due to the Centre being so large, you will need to be a good team player but also capable of working by yourself dependant on the task. There will be manual handling required therefore this needs to be taken into account before applying for the role.
This position is available for an immediate start.
Salary is dependant on experience.
