The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Revit Technician to join our growing London team.
Working alongside engineers and technicians, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of high-quality 3D models and technical information for a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects.
This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional visits to construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop high-quality 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create accurate models from point cloud survey data.
- Develop and manage Revit families and project standards.
- Coordinate models across disciplines using Revit and Navisworks.
- Support engineers and project teams with technical modelling requirements.
- Participate in BIM-led project delivery and digital innovation initiatives.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, clients and external project teams.
About You
Essential
- 10+ years' experience within the industry.
- Advanced Autodesk Revit skills.
- Experience coordinating models between Revit and Navisworks.
- Proven ability to create 3D models from point cloud data.
- Experience creating and managing parametric Revit families.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
