RGC Construction Service Ltd, an established West Sussex builder, is looking for a reliable Groundworker / Labourer / Multi-Skilled Operative for ongoing work on sites in and around East Grinstead (RH19) and the wider West Sussex / Surrey area.
The work:
- Groundworks, general site labouring, moving and prepping materials, keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
- Concreting, digging, drainage, footings and foundations
- Assisting the trades and site team
- Multi-skilled operatives especially welcome — the more you can turn your hand to, the better
You'll need:
- Legal right to work in the UK (share code / passport, checked before start)
- Hard-working, reliable and punctual
- Own transport / driving licence preferred
- Groundworks / construction experience preferred, though genuine hard grafters will be considered
