The position will suit an ambitious person with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as a team. You will be a conveyancing with a proven track record.
Duties will include:
- Title checks.
- Freehold, leasehold sales and purchases.
- New build / shared ownership
- Transfer of equity.
- Remortgage.
- Equity release.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good personable manner with members of the public.
- File Reviews
Salary dependent on experience.
