Position Overview
Facilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment. Responsible for implementing & overseeing daily and quarterly equipment repair and quality control (QC) processes. Conducts product research, performs random and planned quality control checks on regional equipment. Purchases shop related items and provides reporting as necessary on key repair metrics. May supervise a Repair Technician. Reports into Warehoue Supervisor or Warehouse Manager subject to region.
Key Job Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
- Oversee and perform technical & cosmetic repair and maintenance on Encore equipment and road cases.
- Support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system, ensuring repair progress are documented and reported; and ensuring compliance to manufacturer/warranty policy.
- See the Bigger Picture - Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts to complete repairs.
- Establish and provide reporting on key repair metrics and ROI.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Report all HSE issues to the Warehouse Manager and HSE Manager

Equipment Handling and Tracking:
- Perform annual physical inventory of equipment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

- Do the Right Thing - Understands company processes, follows procedures and completes systems entry and paperwork accurately.
- Interact with other staff, internal customers, and outside vendors.
- Manage system generated pick-lists & order entry as necessary.
- Manage the service module in the system.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years technical repair experience, preferably in the audio visual industry
- Ability to take direction & communicate with managers and subordinates
