Overview
We are seeking reliable and vigilant Seasonal Event Security personnel to ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and premises during various events. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a safe environment while gaining valuable experience in security operations. The position is seasonal but can turn permanent, aligned with specific event schedules, and ideal for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential incidents.
- Enforce event policies and loss prevention measures by observing crowd behaviour and managing access points.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid assistance when necessary.
- Assist with crowd control, ensuring safe entry and exit procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with team members and event organisers.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions or hazards immediately.
Experience
- Prior experience in security roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Must have valid SIA License
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques is desirable.
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to commencing work is preferred.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour are required to interact effectively with the public and team members.

Pay: £12.71-£18.25 per hour
