Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Leeds, UK (4 days per week in office)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (+ OTE)
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our amazing sale team at Leep Talent!
We are looking for someone with experience of the apprenticeship market in England to work with new customers and to generate apprenticeship starts Leep Talent and Leep Trade, both part of Leep Group. You will have the support of a national company and the resources of a business with learning at the heart of everything that it does to embark on a career in sales with all of the rewards that it can bring.
Supported by our marketing, business development and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end sales process, creating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. Main Responsibilities
- Promote Leep Group proposition through telephone prospecting, Teams meetings and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring you find the right answers and create sustainable business opportunities for our clients.
- Achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives, generating sales (apprenticeship starts) from sales calls and managing client relationships to the highest standard.
- Effectively cross-sell Leep group solutions to a number of different clients, ensuring all eligibility, onboarding and compliance processes and procedures are followed.
- Maintaining all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of successful sales/account management experience, as well as professional experience of working within the apprenticeship market.
- Experience of working with new and existing B2B clients, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and proactively prospect via the telephone.
- Highly motivated, with the discipline to deliver the inputs that lead to exceptional outcomes.
- Able to work in our Leeds office 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
