Overview
We are seeking a proactive cleaning manager, this is a nationwide position travelling is essential, a company vehicle will be provided.
Performing high-specification, industrial, and commercial cleaning across the UK and managing teams to deliver the standards we require for our clients.
Key responsibilities include detailed, team-based cleaning of warehouses, construction sites, and offices—such as degreasing, high-level cleaning, and sanitising—while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Industrial/Commercial Cleaning: Deep cleaning warehouses, factories, and distribution centres, including degreasing, sanitizing, and high-level cleaning of cladding and lighting.
- Post-Construction Cleanup: Removing dust and debris following renovations to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Detailed Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows, washrooms, and kitchens.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety guidelines,, and potentially working with hazardous materials in specialised environments.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is prefered for these specialized roles.
- Skills: Ability to work well in a team under a supervisor and follow detailed instructions.
- Communication: Proficiency in English is typically required.
- Reliability: Flexibility to work in various environments and sometimes cover shifts.
- Clean Driving License
- CSCS is preferred but this can be progressed at a later date
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
