We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
- Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes to enhance the breakfast/brunch offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage ingredient stock levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of perishable items.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly to optimise guest experience.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food allergens and dietary restrictions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen, particularly with breakfast or brunch menus, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
- A passion for culinary arts and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required by the business schedule.
