Fretwell Beauty Spa at Hellaby Hall Hotel & Leisure require part-time Spa Therapists to join their Beauty Team!
We are looking for the right person/s to join our small team, we see ourselves as a Spa family rather than just colleagues. We offer ELEMIS treatments and are looking for friendly, professional, passionate Spa/Beauty Therapists. This position is best suited to a therapist who enjoys working in a customer faced role and thrives in a hospitality/front of house environment.. Being a TEAM PLAYER and RELIABLE is essential, as we are very much a supportive team.
Requirements: -
L2 AND L3 qualification including holistic and nail services. A good all-rounder with experience in facial and body treatments, massage, waxing, nails (including gels).
You must be able to work as part of a team and individually. Operating all aspects of a beauty/spa environment, reception, stock control. Therapists are expected hit retail/treatment targets and grow their own client base.
You will also help to ensure the Beauty Area is kept clean and well maintained,keeping to the highest standards of hygiene and be fully compliant with legislative requirement.
Two to three years experience in the industry is required for this role.
Our Spa area can be open 5-7 days per week and applicants, This includes alternate weekends, Applicants must also be able to cover holidays and sickness when required.
Applicants must have good standard of numeracy and literacy with an excellent level of spoken and written English. Must be computer literate.
We believe in training our staff to their full potential and offer both external and internal continuous training. Qualifications in any of the following areas would be a huge advantage.
