Helping identify, record, and track system defects through to resolution.
-
Working with colleagues to understand business requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
-
Participating in test cycles and providing progress updates.
-
Gradually taking ownership of more complex testing activities as your skills and confidence develop.
-
Maintaining testing documentation and records.
-
Supporting the production of reports on testing outcomes and findings.
-
Learning and applying testing methodologies, standards, tools, and processes.
-
Contributing ideas to improve testing approaches and team effectiveness.
-
Assisting with identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
-
Ensuring testing activities consider the needs of both colleagues and customers.
This is a hybrid role which will enable you to work from home if you wish. However, you will be expected to travel to our offices across the region to support on-site testing activities and collaborate with colleagues through regular team meetings. You'll work closely with project teams and business areas, providing excellent opportunities to build professional relationships and develop your communication skills.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
