Join Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will supports partner hubs, dealer partners and wider retail teams with a range of central tasks. Working as part of the Business Services team our ideal team member will have previous customer service skills with excellent attention to detail .
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support dealer & broker set-up, including sanction checks and FCA licence checks.

Update partner details and make sure systems are kept accurate.

Manage commission changes and complete daily and monthly checks.
-
Complete dealer funding checks and provide clearance.
-
Complete Motor and Premium Data SARs and support other GDPR and customer-related work.

Review Experian (credit file) disputes and communicate the outcome clearly.
-
Keep customer credit files updated accurately.
-
Support customers through the Right to Withdraw process, from first contact to settlement quote and payment.

Supporting financial crime team, completing required sanctions checks, transaction monitoring and SAR completed as required

Handle phone queries from the business, hubs, dealers, customers and third parties.

Stay on top of emails and post.

Monitor and update HPI (Hire Purchase Investigations) activity.

Prepare management information reports for key stakeholders, including Compliance as and when required.

Ensuring all governance and compliance requirements are met.

Carrying out reporting and reviewing activities as required by audit or regulatory bodies.

Adhering to segregation of duties and four eyes checks where required and resources permit.
