We are opening on the Laines this September and are looking for chefs of all levels and Kitchen Assistants.

This is an opportunity to launch our second site and help create something special in Brighton!

To work alongside the kitchen team in creating good customer service - ensuring that every dish is sent perfectly to spec consistently
Ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service are achieved in accordance with the policy set out by senior management.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene governed by senior management
To perform all duties as directed by management.
Good team players! Everyone will need to chip in when necessary.
A willingness to learn! Whether you’re just starting out in a kitchen or if you’re looking for the next step up, there's a place for you; all of your training will be provided.
A flexible approach to working hours over the busy periods. (April - September)

If applying as a head chef:

Strong leadership skills and a good ability to lead and inspire a team.
A good knowledge of back of house skills such as: stock taking, health and safety paperwork, creating efficient rotas.
Ensuring all staff are following recipes and plating dishes to spec.
Familiarity with seasonality, cooking methods, equipment and standard operating procedures.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
