Job Summary:
TC Talent & Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support the full recruitment process and build strong relationships with candidates and clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment, develop recruitment expertise, and contribute directly to successful hiring outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Source and identify suitable candidates for vacancies
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
- Build and maintain candidate relationships
- Communicate with clients about recruitment needs
- Arrange interviews and coordinate recruitment activity
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Follow recruitment market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Work with colleagues to meet recruitment objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, administration, or a similar role is welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Positive, professional, and confident approach
- Comfortable using computers and standard workplace systems
- Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential
