Delivery Driver — Plant Drop (Fixed-Term, 1 Month)

Plant Drop is a premium specimen plant retailer supplying private clients, interior designers, and trade partners across London. We’re looking for a reliable, careful driver to cover deliveries on a fixed one-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension or a permanent role for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering large specimen plants and orders across London, and occasionally further afield
- Careful loading, securing, and handling of high-value, delicate stock
- Representing Plant Drop professionally at client doors — many deliveries are to designer and private residential clients who expect a polished, courteous service
- Working with our team to plan efficient delivery routes and scheduling
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence, clean record
- Experience with van driving in London (multi-drop or courier background welcome)
- Careful, methodical approach — this is fragile, high-value cargo, not parcels
- Well-presented, polite, comfortable interacting with clients directly
- Punctual and reliable — this role covers time-sensitive deliveries
What we offer:
- Van and fuel provided
- £14–£18 per hour, DOE
- Mon - Fri, 7.30-15.30 (regular overtime)
- Fixed one-month contract with a view to extending for the right candidate
