We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing financial services business based in Northamptonshire. As a Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's extensive network of brokers, helping them navigate applications, documentation and customer requirements while building long-term professional relationships.
The Role
Working closely with brokers and internal departments, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of brokers

Act as the primary point of contact for broker enquiries

Support brokers throughout the application process

Assist with application forms, documentation and electronic signatures

Liaise with underwriting and operational teams to ensure smooth processing

Provide regular updates and exceptional customer service

Identify opportunities to maximise broker engagement and business growth

Ensure all communications and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Relationship Management or Financial Services

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

A proactive and customer-focused approach

Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities

Good attention to detail
Desirable
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Lending, Insurance or Mortgage sectors. However, this is not essential. The company offers excellent training and ongoing support, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within financial services.
